Straight Face Comics

Clowns and strippers have a lot in common when you think about it.  Although, clowns probably have trouble getting laid, where as strippers just keep going back for more, selflessly, like the champs they are.  This is Don’s first strip concept here at The Face.  I have to admit that the idea started a little more innocently; but I was willing to touch it in some of it’s do not want areas and here we are.  My roommate Richard walked by and saw a rough draft of panel 4 and said, “You had me at clowns love strippers, that’s your fuckin’ shirt.”  Time will tell on that one but I think this comic has some universal appeal to it.  Unless your mother is a clown stripper then I could see how this would offend you.

So I was wondering dear reader if you’d do me a solid?  Can you, would you, could you, just maybe, post this webcomic somewhere?  Or yesterdays or any comic you like for that matter.  Whatever your style/venue/medium drop a line to someone. Email it to a couple of co-workers, print it and post it on your campus public bulletin board.  Post it in a forum community you frequent.  Post it in the alcoholic clown meetings you attend.  Blog about it, mention your fear of clowns.  If you write a column for anything or even a personal blog Don and I would be glad to be interviewed.  We could hammer out some details and do something over Skype if you like.  We will love you forever.

And if you don’t Don’s going to keep drawing more clowns and we will email them to you.  This isn’t one of those chain letters where you’re going to get bad luck, your dick will fall off, and your grandmother will die (probably hit by the dick when it fell off the empire state building).  This is real.  We have clowns, the molesty kind, and we’re not afraid to use them.
