Usually the “in the city” kids movie is the sequel. Not in the case of the smurfs. 9 seasons of episodes to choose from and we open with them time traveling to New York City. I really hope they address the lack of Bill and Ted Smurfs to go with their Excellent Adventure mash-up. I won’t be going to see this one, I already saw Indiana Jones 4 the Quest for more Money and GI Joe: Let’s Make Some More Toys recently. If you go say hi to the Smurfettes for me. You’ll see.
